Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings made via this website or direct with the owner. Variations to these terms can be agreed with the owner but only in writing.

 PAYMENT - A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 30 days prior to occupancy. If not, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it. your Booking is split into two portions – the non-refundable deposit and the remaining balance. You may pay both portions (the full amount) in Australian Dollars up-front, or pay the deposit initially and subsequently pay the remaining balance. Where your stay commences in less than 30 days from the time of Booking, the full amount must be paid up front.

CANCELLATION - If you cancel all or part of your booking, the deposit related to the cancelled days is non-refundable. The remaining balance may also be non-refundable if cancellation is within 30 days of arrival and we are unable to re-book the dates that you have cancelled. We will make every effort to re-advertise the dates that you have cancelled in a timely manner. Refunds, if applicable, can only be made into the credit card or account used to pay for the booking. The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked, however the owners reserve the right to make alterations to the booking due to unforeseen circumstances.

PETS - Not permitted at the Property. Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund.

COVID-19 - Where circumstances change necessitating cancellation due to government travel restrictions and bookings are made direct or through this website a full refund will be provided. 

GIFT CERTIFICATE SPECIAL CONDITIONS. Your gift certificate is valid for 14 months from the date of issue and is not redeemable for cash. Whilst your certificate is valid for most days of the year a surcharge applies to holiday weekends and peak periods (check with Coorong Waterfront Retreat). Our standard additional guest charge applies. 

EXTRA GUESTS - The number of Guests should not exceed the number booked. Parties and Functions are prohibited. Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund.

Supplies of consumables including coffee, tea, alfoil, toilet paper and soap are supplied for the first few days after which guests will need to supply their own. Guests are requested to use firewood in moderation.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the guest's responsibility during their stay.

Disturbance to neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Should you have a problem or complaint you are requested to inform the owner at the earliest possible opportunity and provide access for repair / service during reasonable hours.
